Short version: we collect an email address if you ask for window alerts, basic anonymous traffic statistics, and nothing else.

The alert list

• Signing up stores your email address and the signup date. That's the entire record.
• It is used only to send SKH window announcements and openings.
• Every email has an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing deletes your address.
• We never sell, rent, or share addresses with anyone, including contractors.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics (page views, referrers, country/region). No advertising trackers, no cross-site cookies, no fingerprinting.

Quote requests

If you explicitly ask to be connected with a certified contractor through a form on this site, the details you enter in that form are shared with that contractor and no one else. We tell you this again on the form itself before you submit.
